MADE TO MOVE IS A FULLY ONLINE PROGRAM. THIS IS NOT 1 ON 1 COACHING; PROGRAMS ARE TEMPLATED AND DESIGNED IN 4 WEEK TRAINING CYCLES. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL DISCUSSING YOUR NEW CYCLE EACH MONTH

DESPITE NOT BEING INDIVIDUALIZED, EXERCISE ADJUSTMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE IF NEEDED

YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PROGRAM AND MEMBER PORTAL VIA THE TRUECOACH APP. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FOR FREE ON ANY DEVICE AND SET UP YOUR PROFILE

COMMUNICATION WE WILL ALL BE DONE VIA TRUECOAcH WITH ME, YOUR COACH! THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE SUPPORT, FEEDBACK AND CAN ASK QUESTIONS IF NEEDED. I AM THERE IF YOU NEED ME, OR IF YOU WANT LESS COMMUNICATION, THAT'S COOL TOO

PROGRAMS ARE PROGRESSIVE, SO YOU GRADUALLY BUILD STRENGTH AND ADAPT THROUGH EACH TRAINING CYCLE.

PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AND AIM TO FOCUS ON ASPECTS SUCH AS: BUILDING BETTER BODY CONTROL, INCREASING STRENGTH, IMPROVING BALANCE & STABILITY, INCREASING CAPACITY, JOINT STRENGTH/INTEGRITY, IMPROVING MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY AND DEVELOPING MOVEMENT PATTERNS. THIS IS ALL DONE THROUGH PROGRESSION

WORKOUTS ARE SCHEDULED LIFTING 3X WEEKLY + 1X OPTIONAL DAY

I would suggest having a matching set of dumbbells' or kettlebells, one lighter pair, 10-15lbs and one moderately heavy set - 20-30lbs+. If you have more options that's a bonus but not required.
