THEREFORE, JOINT ROTATION IS THE BEST WAY TO GET AT THE DEEP CAPSULAR TISSUE AND KEEP THE “STUFF” THAT WE’VE ALREADY GOT.
THIS IS WHY HAVING A DAILY ROUTINE WHERE YOU MOVE EACH OF YOUR JOINTS THROUGH FULL ROM UNDER TENSION WOULD GIVE YOUR BODY THE STIMULUS IT NEEDS TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE YOUR JOINTS AND SHARPEN YOUR CONTROL OVER THEM.
