She was fairly new to personal training when I started with her, and I have seen her develop her techniques and knowledge to provide comprehensive and constantly improving experiences for her clients. When I started training with Lindsay, I had problems with my neck and shoulder. Lindsay taught me how to move in a proper fashion; her professionalism and knowledge in her field (the human anatomy, exercise, health and muscle building) are astounding. Lindsay is very meticulous in describing a new exercise prior to her allowing me to perform it. In my opinion, this is very crucial for the well-being of her clients. Additionally, Lindsay is very competent in assessing a person’s muscular limits. In an economist’s terms, Lindsay is better described as a capital asset; as investing in her capabilities has a high likelihood of increasing your future benefits-in many folds.

"After leaving the fire department, I stopped working out and started working at a desk everyday. I was going to bed and waking up with lower back pain with occasional pain shooting down my left leg. This went on for months but the final straw was getting up from the bleachers of a sporting event and having a feeling that my hip was locked up. Being in my earlier 30's I knew this wasn't a way to live. My wife follows Lindsay on Instagram and recommended that I check out her programming, which I did and shortly after reached out for a consultation. Lindsay was quick to get back to me, explained her programs and we determined it would be a good fit working together. Lindsay is extremely thorough and great at explaining concepts. Lindsay provides constant feedback and is very responsive. Within the first couple of weeks doing basic CARS my back pain was staring to disappear.
