1 ON 1 FITNESS COACHING IS FULLY INDIVIDUALIZED AND DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR YOUR BODY, GOALS, LIFESTYLE, AND PERSONAL LIMITATIONS IN MIND. PROGRAMS ARE PROGRESSIVE AND DESIGNED FOR YOU AFTER THE INITIAL MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY & MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT

YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR PROGRAM ONLINE THROUGH YOUR MEMBER PORTAL VIA THE TRUECOACH APP. YOU CAN DOWNLOAD FOR FREE ON ANY DEVICE AND SET UP YOUR PROFILE

COMMUNICATION WE WILL ALL BE DONE VIA TRUECOAcH WITH ME, YOUR COACH & VIA VOXER FOR DAILY ACCESS TO ME FOR FULL SUPPORT ALONG THE WAY! THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL RECEIVE SUPPORT, FEEDBACK AND CAN ASK QUESTIONS IF NEEDED

YOU WILL HAVE WEEKLY CHECK-INS WHERE WE COVER YOUR CURRENT MINDSET, BIOFEEDBACK(ENERGY LEVELS, STRESS, DIGESTION, SLEEP, WATER, ETC), THINGS YOU ARE STRUGGLING WITH, CELEBRATING WINS, HABIT DEVELOPMENT AND ANYTHING YOU MAY NEED SUPPORT WITH

PROGRAMS ARE PROGRESSIVE, SO YOU GRADUALLY BUILD STRENGTH AND ADAPT THROUGH EACH TRAINING CYCLE. LEARN AS YOU LIFT - EACH PHASE, YOU WILL GET BRIEFED ON WHAT WE ARE TARGETING, SO YOU ARE EDUCATED AROUND THE WHY'S OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING. EACH EXERCISE HAS A VIDEO/AUDIO DEMONSTRATION, SO YOU LEARN AS YOU LIFT.

PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED AND AIM TO FOCUS ON ASPECTS SUCH AS: BUILDING BETTER BODY CONTROL, INCREASING STRENGTH, IMPROVING BALANCE & STABILITY, INCREASING CAPACITY, JOINT STRENGTH/INTEGRITY, IMPROVING MOBILITY & FLEXIBILITY AND DEVELOPING MOVEMENT PATTERNS. THIS IS ALL DONE THROUGH PROGRESSION. I WILL HAVE YOU FILM-SPECIFIC EXERCISE, SO I CAN PROVIDE IN-DEPTH VIDEO ANALYSIS/FEEDBACK, SO YOU LEARN TO MOVE WITH CONFIDENCE

WORKOUTS ARE SCHEDULED TO LIFT ANYWHERE FROM 2X/WEEK TO 5X+, DEPENDING ON YOUR GOALS AND WHAT YOUR CURRENT SCHEDULE IS. THIS IS WHERE HAVING A COACH COMES IN HANDY; WE WANT TO FIND BALANCE IN TRAINING AND HAVE IT FIT INTO YOUR LIFE!
