From living the majority of my life in a chiropractors office 2 days a week with scoliosis, living with back pain and struggling for years with disordered eating habits - to now living pain-free the past 9 years, achieving personal strength bests, moving like a ninja, focusing on performance rather than perfection and having a healthy relationship with food.
